No option to withdraw Genting cash once topup into wallet, better stick with traditional ewallet as there're not much stores that can accept genting cash currently. Good idea but badly executed.

I use the app to book First World Hotel room and did a digital check-in on the day of travel. It was convenient 👍🏽. But the server was pretty slow to upload check-in info into My Trip. When scrolling pages, it also quite laggy too.

I have no idea why sometimes it shows that it can redeem a free standard cable car voucher, and another day the voucher disappears, then another day it comes back. Frustrated if you want to use the voucher on the day, the voucher disappears again...
